Workplace Readiness

A supported simulated workplace that provides the opportunity for final year students to experience the work environment ahead of fulltime appointment. Student participation in the project is remunerated, incorporates a requirement for commercial deliverables and is supported by a project manager and an industry mentor.

Timeline: November 2006 - December 2007

Delivery: As the inaugural Workplace Readiness deliverable a multidisciplinary (2 software engineers and a Media Designer) team from Massey University have developed this digital presence for Accelerating Auckland along with its branding and templature.
