Andrew Bonica - Chairman

Andrew brings to the taskforce almost 2 decades of ICT industry knowledge and experience encompassing telecommunications, IT and Wireless in both Northern and Southern hemispheres.

Andrew has a strong background in ICT services and particularly outsourcing, having been involved in some of the NZ's largest ICT outsourcing engagements.

Born in NZ but educated in the United States, Andrew - A former US Military officer prior to moving into the ICT world, has held roles with organizations that include Equant, HCL, IBM, Telecom NZ, Vodafone, the US and PNG Governments.

Andrew is a strong supporter of local and national initiatives to empower New Zealand and New Zealanders. He is a protagonist of the benefits of effective, private and public sector collaboration and partnerships.
